So 2011 was a pretty productive year for us Heroes. With everything from being on the Cook Book & DJ Revolution mixtape, getting a few tracks with Ruste Juxx knocked out, to the good reception of the tracks we put out throughout the year, and putting in a good amount of work in the lab, we tried to stay pretty busy. Next year is shaping up to be good also, with the “EPNT – Serious Business” album with E Major coming out early 2012. We just shot a good portion of the video for the single “Big Cake”, so that will be out soon also. It’s gonna be hilarious! We’ve got the “Anonymous Conglomerate” album with J Berd on deck too, which is getting close to the point of ready. So keep on the lookout in the coming months, and everyone be safe in your celebrating!

If you guys never listened to this, you don’t know what you’re missing! The homie CookBook got up with the infamous DJ Revolution to put together this crazy mixtape. It’s mostly Uncle Cookie rapping over his own beats, but features joints by Muneshine, Theory Hazit, and of course Heroes 4 Hire (#3 – Recipes…if you’re keeping track). It was quite an honor to have a track cut up by Revolution, and is certainly one of the highlights we’ve enjoyed thus far!

EPNT – Big Cake
We’ve finally wrapped up the EPNT (E Major, Pale -N- Telly) project, “Serious Business”, with E Major, and this is the first single “Big Cake”. The album is entirely produced by Heroes 4 Hire, and features Cook Book, Sean Armstrong, Ab Rock and more. It’s looking like a springtime 2012 release is in store via Under Sound Music.
